CCE provides men's groups every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. These programs are part of the Men's Resource Center of Tulsa for men's emotional, social, and spiritual health.
Men's Anger Groups Issues of attachment, grief, anger, guilt, shame, depression, divorce recovery, boundaries, self-esteem, sexuality, father-son wounds Men's Anger Groups Accessing Anger Integrating Anger in our Personalities and Relationships These groups utilize the work of Marvin Allen as explored in his book Men's Growth Groups For men ages 18 and up Men in these groups participate for a variety of reasons: Recovery Weekly for 90 minutes per session An 8-week commitment is required. These groups usually continue for over a year.
